Well, I did it!

Today was my first day of college! Yep, you heard right...

MY first day!

I am a 25 year old freshman, hehe... and so proud of it. Just wanted to let my blog friends and fans know that yours truly has begun the college road and will tread victoriously on it. May our Lord bless you and your endeavors for Him.

O what a Christmas

Three days after Christmas and I'm feeling great! I am relieved the craziness is done, yet as always, sad to see it go. :-[ 

I did many things: made gingerbread cookies (41 of those), celebrated my sister's birthday and a friend of mine's birthday the same day [had two small dinners, haha], packed and shopped for most of my Christmas gifts on Christmas Eve [haha, I know...], went to my sister's house 25 minutes away to do the grand celebrating with my family, then off to my boyfriend's family's house to celebrate them, then the day after we went to the Ga. mountains [2 hours away] and celebrated with my boyfriend's grandmother, uncle and aunt. I played chess the whole time, Came home and had a chick-fil-e night in front of the tv [watched home footage of our Disney trip], then got up early to head to church to be a camera worker, then choir singer, then home nurse to my mom that is a little ill. [I think she got what I had - whoops], then off to my boyfriend's aunt's house for lunch, came home to play Wii Resort [fun game yall, get it!!!], and then had a pizza night while watching Sound of Music/Transformers.

That was my whole weekend in a very small nutshell.

Wow, what a time.

Christmas Vacation

I loooooove Christmas. I looooooove Disney Movies. So, let's combine the two, shall we?!

 

Bound...

For the fourth time in my life (wow, pinch me!) I am jetting off to Orlando, FL and indulging in a wondrous experience in Disney World. Packing sucks, spending money is a bummer, and planning other things with other ppl can be so stressful, but........ the reward of it all is CLOSE:

Oooo, I love coffee in the... painting?

Artist assistants stand next to 3,604 cups of coffee which have been made into a giant Mona Lisa in Sydney , Australia .  The 3,604 cups of coffee were each filled with different amounts of milk to create the different shades!

A Christmas Show!

So, I'm in love with my boyfriend... therefore; to treat such a guy, I purchased tickets to the Radio City Christmas Spectacular ft. The Rockettes!!!  

Tonight!

They have many Christmas scenes, Christmas favorites, the lights, the glitz, everything. To make it an even more special CHRISTmas show, they are doing a magnificent scene of the birth of our Savior; Jesus. I am looking forward to that.

Plus, to add to the already fun-filled night, my boyfriend is secretly taking me somewhere fancy in Atlanta before we head to the Fox (in Atl). He says "dress up, babe." And I say 'I'll bring my best..." I'll give you guys the scoop when I know the details. So, here we are, getting dolled up and handsomed up and ready to head out to dinner, then off to a miraculous, spectacular show!

I want to say this: make this Christmas a Christmas that will never be forgotten. With a budget, that is... be creative w/ your gift. Be loving all thoughout the season and the upcoming year. Love all, for we are all the Lord's. Happy Day to you and a Merry Christmas. O and catch all those Christmas movies and become a kid again...
